The server has been offline for a week because it was targeted by a DDos attack. Since the traffic exceeded a certain limit, my provider shut down the server completely and asked me to disable all services on the server before I could go online again. I was quite disappointed with this request and I had hoped for a better solution. As a consequence of this unfortunate attack I decided to move the whole project to Netcup. Let's hope that I can announce more positive news in the future.
